Campus cleaning robots that work between classes.
The R5 scrubs and dries open campus floor at 1,300 m² an hour, in the windows a timetable leaves. Every run leaves a logged record.
What a campus floor demands.
LionsBot supplies autonomous cleaning robots to schools, colleges and university campuses.
On a six-storey campus building of 10,000 m², an R3 Vac sweeps and vacuums the teaching and circulation floors to a set schedule. It works between classes rather than across them, and every run is logged in LionsCloud.
The timetable owns the building.
Floor care gets the gaps a teaching schedule leaves, and those gaps are short.
A saved route runs in the window it is given and picks up where it left off, so a short gap is still useful.
Several buildings, one team.
A campus is a set of buildings with different floors, not one big room.
One LionsCloud account runs every robot across every building, so the estates team sees the whole campus in one view.
Noise carries in a teaching block.
A machine that can only run when the building is empty runs far less often.
The R3 Vac averages 61.7 dB, the quietest in the range. It can work a corridor while a class is on the other side of the wall.
Someone will ask what was cleaned.
Estates reports to a budget holder, and a cleaning contract gets reviewed.
Every run writes its own coverage log in LionsCloud, so coverage is evidence rather than assumption.
Rooms change use by the term.
A lecture room becomes an exam hall, furniture is re-stacked, a corridor fills with lockers.
Our robots detect what has moved and drive around it. When a change is permanent, the cleaning zones are re-taught on site with MagicTag™.
Carpet, hard floor and everything between.
Teaching rooms, labs, halls and corridors rarely share one floor surface.
The R3 Vac takes carpet and hard floor, the R3 Scrub Pro scrubs the narrow parts, and the R5 takes the large halls. One schedule runs all three.

Higher education · six-storey campus building, 10,000 m²
A six-storey building of 10,000 m² carrying heavy foot traffic on a timetable that leaves narrow windows for floor care. Sweeping and vacuuming that area by hand took hours the cleaning team needed elsewhere, and it had to happen without cutting across teaching.
An R3 Vac sweeps and vacuums the teaching and circulation floors on a set schedule. It is small enough to work under standard desks and between furniture.
Circulation and teaching floors are swept and vacuumed to a schedule, and cleaning hours moved to the work a machine does not do. Coverage is recorded in LionsCloud, so it is evidence rather than assumption.

On campus
On campus
No closed corridors and no cordons. The robot runs its route around the students and staff already using the building, and every run writes its own record.
Which robot
Not every campus floor needs the same machine.
Select all the floors you have
Most sites have more than one kind of floor, and the range is built to be mixed. All three are below.

LionsCloud runs across the full range
LionsCloud
The floor's own logbook.
LionsCloud is LionsBot's fleet software. Every run records what was cleaned, when, and how much area was covered. The next shift reads a record instead of asking.
- Schedule floor zones once and let the fleet repeat them across buildings
- Automatic coverage logs for every completed run
- One view across every site you run
Questions we hear from estates and facilities teams.
Can the robots clean while classes are running?
Yes. The R3 Vac averages 61.7 dB, the quietest machine in the range, so it can work a corridor while teaching carries on nearby. It detects people, bags and furniture, drives around them and returns to its route on its own.
We have several buildings. Does that mean several systems?
No. One LionsCloud account runs every robot across every building, on one schedule, with one view of what was covered and when. Adding a building adds robots to the same account rather than a second system.
Our floors are all different. Which robot do we need?
Usually more than one, and they are built to work as a fleet. The R3 Vac is the autonomous vacuum for carpet and hard floor at 500 to 1,000 m² an hour. The R3 Scrub Pro scrubs the narrow parts at 800 to 1,200 m² an hour. The R5 takes large halls and open floor at 1,300 m² an hour.
How do we show the building was actually cleaned?
Every run is recorded automatically: what was cleaned, when and how much area was covered. The report downloads from LionsCloud, so coverage is evidence rather than assumption when estates reports to a budget holder.
What happens when rooms change use between terms?
The robot detects what has moved and drives around it. When a change is permanent, the cleaning zones are re-taught on site with MagicTag, which takes minutes and needs no programming.
