      • 1.INTRODUCTION

        1.1. Thank you for using our connectivity platform, including without limitation, the LionsBot Dashboard Cloud Application (LionsCloud), and any related web pages, sites, dashboards, interfaces, portals, and software applications (whether web-based, mobile, or embedded) used in connection with the operation, control, management, or performance of LionsBot robots (collectively, our “Platform“), brought to you by LionsBot International Pte. Ltd. and/or our related corporations (“we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) together with our Terms of Use (“Terms”) sets out important information about the ways in which we collect and use your personal data when you access or use our Platform and any related services (collectively, our “Services”). In this Privacy Policy, when we refer to “you” and “your” we mean you, the person accessing or using our Services.
        1.2. This Privacy Policy governs the personal data which we will collect from you when you use our Platform or when you register an account with us to access our Services, and the use and disclosure by us of such personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other data protection laws (collectively, the “Data Protection Legislation”). This Privacy Policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control. By accessing our Platform, using our Services, or submitting an application with us or otherwise interacting with us, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
        1.3. If you are under the age of 18, please seek relevant consent before using our Services. By using our Services, you confirm to us that you are 18 years old or over.
        1.4. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and any updates will be reflected on our Platform. We reserve the right to make any modifications to this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. Once posted on our Platform, the changes will be deemed to be effective immediately at that time. You are advised to check back on the Privacy Policy and the Terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of the most current terms and conditions that apply to you.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data; to receive your data in a portable format; to object to its processing (including for marketing); to opt out of automated decision-making where applicable; and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.         2.4. If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where an alleged infringement has occurred.
      • 3.PERSONAL DATA WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU

        3.1. In this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified: (a) from that data, or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.
        3.2. Personal data you provide to us or we collect from you
        • 3.2.1. We will collect any personal data you provide to us when you register for an account with us, submit an application with us, or subscribe to our mailing list for the purposes of accessing our Services. This personal data may include your name, address, email address, phone number, career history, name of your company, and other information relevant to your application, or account that you are registering for.

         

        • 3.2.2. Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, some examples of personal data which we may collect from you include your name and identification information such as your NRIC or personal identification number, passport number, and your company name, for the purposes of registering an account with us and using our Services.

         

        • 3.2.3. We may collect any information contained in any correspondence between you and us. For example, if you contact us via our Platform, or report a problem to us by email, telephone, or post we may keep a record of that correspondence.

         

        • 3.2.4. We may also collect certain information about your access to our Platform and how you use it. This may include your IP address, geographical location, device information, browser type, referral source, length of visit, operating system, number of page views, what you have viewed or searched for on our Platform, and similar information. This information may be collected by a third party website analytics service provider on our behalf and/or may be collected using cookies. For more information on cookies please refer to Clause 6 below.

         

        • 3.2.5. Where you provide us with any personal data of third parties, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents to do so, and that we may collect, use and disclose such personal data for the purposes set out above, in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation (and all amendments and regulations as to the same).

        3.3. Personal data we receive from third parties

        • 3.3.1. We may collect personal data about you from third parties that we work closely with for the purposes of providing our Services. We may also engage third parties to operate websites on our behalf; these entities may collect personal data directly from you about your access to our Platform on our behalf.

         

        • 3.3.2. We may also receive personal data about you from third parties where you have consented to such third party sharing your personal data with us for specific purposes. For example, we might receive personal data about you from third parties if you have indicated to that third party that you would like to hear from us, with more information about our Services.
      • 4.HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOU

        4.1. You agree that we may use your personal data for the following purposes:
        • 4.1.1. to provide you with access to our Platform, to process your application, provide our Services or provide information that you may have requested from us;
        • 4.1.2. to contact you regarding your application or in response to any correspondence you have sent us;
        • 4.1.3. where you have opted in, to keep in contact with you about our Services and other services that we believe may interest you;
        • 4.1.4. where you give us your consent to do so, to share your personal data with other selected third parties, to enable them to contact you with information about goods or services that may interest you;
        • 4.1.5. to provide customer service and support, deal with enquiries or notify you regarding your application;
        • 4.1.6. to improve our Platform and Services and ensure that content from our Platform is presented in the most effective and optimal manner;
        • 4.1.7. to carry out aggregated and anonymised research about general consumer engagement with our Platform and Services;
        • 4.1.8. to enable us to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees;
        • 4.1.9. any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.
        4.2. Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data when we have a valid legal basis, linked to the specific purpose:
        • 4.2.1. Contract: We process data such as your name, contact details, billing information, and service usage to perform our contractual obligations.
        • 4.2.2. Legal Obligation: We process identification and financial records as required for tax, anti-money laundering, or other regulatory purposes.
        • 4.2.3. Legitimate Interests: We process data such as account usage, device information, and correspondence to prevent fraud, improve services, or resolve customer issues, after assessing that your rights are not overridden. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
        • 4.2.4. Consent: We process data for marketing communications (e.g., email, preferences) based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
      • 5.WHO WE MIGHT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH

        5.1. You agree that we can share your personal data with:
        • 5.1.1. any other selected third parties that we work with where necessary for the purposes of delivering you with our Services or any other services that you request from us. We might also engage other third party subcontractors or service providers to help us host our sites;

         

        • 5.1.2. any other selected third party that you consent to our sharing your personal data with for marketing purposes;

         

        • 5.1.3. any prospective seller or buyer of our business or assets, in the event that we decide to sell or buy any business or assets;

         

        • 5.1.4. any other third parties where necessary to enable us to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees or where such disclosure may be permitted or required by law.

        6.1. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us operate and improve our Services. 
        6.2. We use the following categories of cookies:
        • 6.2.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
        These cookies are required for the operation of our Platform and enable core functionality such as security, authentication, and network management. These cookies do not require consent.
        • 6.2.2. Analytics Cookies
        These cookies help us understand how users interact with our Platform, improve performance, and enhance user experience. These cookies are used only with your consent.
        • 6.2.3. Marketing Cookies
        These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. These cookies are used only with your consent.
        6.3. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device. You may accept or reject such cookies through the cookie consent banner presented on our Platform.
        6.4. You may withdraw or modify your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings tool made available on our Platform.
        6.5. If you choose to disable certain cookies, some parts of the Platform may not function properly.
        6.6. Our Services may contain links to third party websites. We do not control their cookies or tracking technologies and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please refer to the relevant third party privacy policies for further information.
      • 7.HOW WE LOOK AFTER YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND HOW LONG WE KEEP IT FOR

        7.1. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against any unauthorized access, loss or unlawful use. We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Once your personal data is no longer needed for these purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
        7.2. Transmission of information over the internet can be insecure, and although we employ measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, you acknowledge that we cannot always guarantee the security of information sent over the internet. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your personal data and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.
      • 8.WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

        8.1. All personal data gathered by us are stored in systems that may only be accessed by our authorised personnel and/or our authorised third party service providers.
         
        8.2. We will take all steps necessary to ensure that any of your information is adequately protected and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You consent to this transfer and processing of your information.
        8.3. International Data Transfers
        • 8.3.1. We may transfer or store your personal data outside Singapore or, where applicable, the EEA for the purposes of providing our Services. Personal data originating from the EEA may be accessed from multiple international locations by our authorised support teams as part of operational troubleshooting and customer support functions. Where such transfers occur, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Such safeguards may include, without limitation, standard contractual clauses, equivalent data protection measures, or other measures required or permitted under applicable law. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred as described above.
      • 9.YOUR RIGHTS TO THE PERSONAL DATA WE HOLD ABOUT YOU

        9.1. You have certain rights in respect of the personal data that we hold about you, including:
        • 9.1.1. the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes; and
        • 9.1.2. the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal data that we hold about you.
        Where the GDPR applies, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
        9.2. You may exercise your rights above by contacting us using the details in Clause 2 of this Privacy Policy, or in the case of preventing processing for marketing activities also by checking certain boxes on forms that we use to collect your data to tell us that you don’t want to be involved in marketing.
        9.3. Opting out
        • 9.3.1. As mentioned above, we may use the personal data collected to send you communication for marketing and promotional efforts. Whenever we send you any communication, we will include instructions on how to unsubscribe and include a link to do so. If you no longer wish to receive communication of a similar nature or do not wish for us to contact you further, you may opt out by following the instructions included in the communication we send you.
        9.4. You may also withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
        9.5. Automated Decision Making and Profiling
        We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.
      • 10. DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA

        10.1. We will, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the retention of your personal data no longer serves the purpose for which it was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes, cease to retain your personal data, remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, and we will dispose your personal data in the following manners:
        • 10.1.1. If your personal data is contained in physical documents:
        • 10.1.1.1. Shredding;
        • 10.1.1.2. Incineration; and/or
        • 10.1.1.3. Pulping.
        • 10.1.2. If your personal data is contained in electronic media:
        • 10.1.2.1. Physical destruction of the media itself to render stored data inaccessible;
        • 10.1.2.2. Disposal of the personal data in the media only, through specialised software tools; and/or
        • 10.1.2.3.Degaussing.
      • 11GOVERNING LAW

        11.1.You agree that the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Singapore laws and any relevant regulations and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
