Dylan Ng is co-founder and CEO of LionsBot International and SuperSteam Asia Pacific. Shortly after graduating from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, he founded SuperSteam with his partner in life and business, Michelle Seow. Together, they have built up SuperSteam from scratch to become Singapore’s leading professional cleaning equipment and chemicals supplier, who imports from over 15 countries worldwide and is at the very forefront of cleaning technology.
Dylan travels over 20 times a year in his pursuit of the latest industry know-how, importing the most advanced cleaning equipment and technology to Singapore from as far afield as the USA, Japan, Scandinavia, Australia, China and Europe.

Michelle Seow is co-founder and director of LionsBot International and SuperSteam Asia Pacific. Together, they have built up SuperSteam from scratch to become Singapore’s leading professional cleaning equipment and chemicals supplier, who imports from over 15 countries worldwide and is at the very forefront of cleaning technology.
With Michelle’s latest venture, LionsBot International, she has the burning desire to put Singapore firmly on the global map for robotics. She plays a pivotal role at LionsBot to add a feminine touch to the business.

Dr Mohan Rajesh Elara is co-founder of LionsBot International. Currently an Assistant Professor with the Engineering Product Development Pillar at Singapore University of Technology and Design, his research interests are in reconfigurable robotics, robot ergonomics and autonomous systems.
With over 80 papers published in leading publications, he is the recipient of SG Mark Design Award in 2016, 2017 and 2018, ASEE Best of Design in Engineering Award in 2012, Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors’ Award in 2010 and A’ Design award in 2018.
Dr Mohan holds a PhD and a Master of Science degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Bharathiar University, India.

John serves as the vice president of business development for LionsBot International. John is responsible for strategising and implementing long-term growth plans as well as establishing new markets and partnerships for LionsBot. With extensive regional background in sales management, finance and business development, John is armed with over 15 years of commercial management experience in industrial service solutions related business.
Having spent most of his career in the service solutions industry, John is excited to join LionsBot to spearhead the commercial development of the cleaning robots in Singapore, and worldwide. A highly goal-driven individual who gratifies in breaking his personal best, John aims to lead LionsBot to a new height in the international robotic arena.
