How is the LionsCloud and Dashboard secured?

Strong and complex password requirements are needed to access the LionsCloud Dashboard. HTTPS is used to secure communication between users and LionsCloud Dashboard application services. The data is encrypted in transit so that malicious parties are unable to observe and steal the user’s data and uses AES-256 encryption at rest to protect and secure the data.

Account registration is tightly controlled, with permissions only given to Administrators of respective distributors, dealers and companies. Only registered users are able to access the LionsCloud Dashboard and LionsClean App.

The personal information of users is also masked to enhance data privacy and only their respective companies are able to access the data in full. Role-based access control is also implemented to segregate and restrict access of information respectively, enhancing data privacy and ensuring only authorized users are allowed to access certain data and perform certain tasks.
